Welcome to the Mission-On information site

Mission-On is about improving young New Zealanders' lifestyles through improved nutrition and increased physical activity. Ultimately we want all children and young people to enjoy good health, education and lifestyles. In short, to make the most out of life.

When healthy habits are established early on, this can lead to better lifestyle choices over the long term. That's why it's important that families and whānau, schools and early childhood environments, and the wider community all have a positive influence on the health and lifestyles of our young people.

This site brings together information about Mission-On, who's behind it, what we're doing and what resources we have to help you encourage and support young people in making healthier choices.

'Mission-On in Motion' our regular information update is available online now.
